Grape harvest by hand in hampers of 20 kilograms, the grape once arrive in wine cellar is pressed delicately, alcoholic fermentation starts with the use of indigineus yeast and involves in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in inox. Tasting notes are purple red color with violet tinges, a bouquet of reds fresh fruits . The taste in mouth is velvety and fresh. A wine good to be paired to all meal.
