Harvested by hand in small crates at beginning of september. Once in the cellar, the grapes were delicately pressed, the must obtained was fermented at a controlled temperature and blocked with a 5% alcohol content, obtaining a wine rich in sugars and aromas. It was subsequently filtered and bottled. It is a wine with highly characteristic aromatic fragrances of grapes with hints of fresh flowers, acacia and lime. The taste is sweet, rich and creamy, with a slight effervescence that enhances its freshness. Moscato D'Asti is an excellent dessert wine, also as an aperitif and to accompany fresh cheeses.
