Made from young vines of Nebbiolo, our Langhe Rosato is the result of a white vinification of red grapes. After soft pressing the wine is left in contact with the skins for 6 hours; after being separated from the skins it starts the fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°. After the fermentation, the wine is stored at low temperatures to prevent malolactic fermentation and it is bottled on the March following the harvest. The color is pink, typical of Italian rosés, with a distinct bouquet of violet and rose, typical of Nebbiolo. In the mouth it is slightly tannic and full-bodied: this wine is perfect to be served as an aperitif or with fish dishes of medium structure.
