The Barbaresco Serragrilli comes from a 2,800 m2 vineyard in the municipality of Neive which has been managed from us since 2021. The grapes arriving in the cellar are delicately pressed, the fermentation takes place with the use of indigenous yeasts in non temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks with a submerged cap for 50 days where malolactic fermentation also takes place. After racking, the wine is placed in a 15HL Slavonian oak barrel. After aging in wood for 18 months, the wine is refined in the bottle and released on the market 3 years after the harvest.
