PHILOSOPHY

In Cascina Alberta we deeply believe in Sustainability, and we try to guarantee it in everything we do. As well as the organic cultivation for our vineyards, we pay great attention to what we use in the kitchen too. Our row materials are top-quality, organic, km 0 and local products as much as possible. We aim to bring to the table the best products the land has to offer, selecting them carefully and transforming them into good and clean dishes for our guests.  

 

RESTAURANT

The newest service we propose at Cascina Alberta, our restaurant has been created to present you the authentic and tasty traditional Langa cuisine. It will be possible thanks to the dishes prepared from Miss Lucia, that we affectionately called "aunty": homemade fresh pasta (such as the famous Ravioli del Plin with the 3 meats), Fassona meat stewed in our wine and hazelnuts desserts are always a must, together with vegeterain dishes in order to satisfy every need. We propose a set menu composed of 3 courses, that you can choose during the lunch.

OPENING TIME

Our restaurant is open on Monday, Saturday and Sunday at lunch.
