In Cascina Alberta we deeply believe in Sustainability, and we try to guarantee it in everything we do. As well as the organic cultivation for our vineyards, we pay great attention to what we use in the kitchen too. Our row materials are top-quality, organic, km 0 and local products as much as possible. We aim to bring to the table the best products the land has to offer, selecting them carefully and transforming them into good and clean dishes for our guests.

 Our Food and wine service is opened on Friday dinner, and on Saturday lunch and dinner.

ENVIRONMENT

The real artwork is the landscape: our huge windows frame the wonderful view of our hills, their pictures and their colors. In our Cascina you will have the possibility to dive in one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites: our little Langa paradise, with its peaceful and rich nature.

The lounge area dedicated to the Food and wine service is divided in two inner rooms, also used for the wine tastings, and an outside dehors.

CUISINE

Proud and in love with our land, with our à la carte offer we want to offer some of the dishes of the traditional Langhe cuisine, with a focus on seasonal products and high-quality raw materials.

For special events we can organize lunches or dinners with personalized menu, in addition to outside aperitifs or brunches.

You will find the perfect place for special occasions with family and friends and to taste foods and wines of our wonderful land. A familiar and refined atmosphere will welcome you here, always paying attention to the quality service and your relax.
